Sebring Stables
Nestled in the heart of the Berkshire Mountains in western Massachusetts, you will find this multi-faceted Morgan Horse facility. Established in 1989 here in Richmond, MA. The Sebring Family combines business and pleasure to create a family friendly atmosphere that has become synonymous with Sebring Stables. The farm is built on the sight of the old Berkshire Downs Race Track. It has about 60 stalls, a spacious indoor arena, and a beautiful ½ mile turf track. All this set around the panoramic views of the Berkshire Mountains where you can also find skiing, theaters, museums, fine dining and outdoor recreation.
Whether you’re looking for a show horse, pleasure horse, or just want to learn more about the Morgan Horse, make sure Sebring Stables is one of your stops while visiting the Berkshires.
Training
With world titles in every decade dating back to the 70s, the tradition at Sebring Stables is long and proud. The training staff at Sebring Stables is comprised of Carolyn Sebring, one of the founding members of Sebring Stables, her son James, and Cate Lynch. Every day the three bring their own personalities to work and truly make Sebring Stables a family business.
Our training philosophy is based on an unwavering commitment to produce optimal results while maintaining the integrity and tradition of the Morgan Horse. One of the strengths of Sebring Stables is the personal attention and care each horse receives during his or her stay with us. That is all thanks to the caring and knowledgeable staff that is the work force here at Sebring Stables.

Lessons
A lesson program designed for riders of any age and riding level and with the intention sharing our own love and compassion for riding, and all aspects of horse care. From working on basics with beginner riders to honing the craft with a seasoned rider looking to compete at a high level. But we will always make the the atmosphere fun and enjoyable. We want to make sure people are able to enjoy their journey with their horse and not focus too much on an outcome.
Here at Sebring Stables not only are our lesson horses safe and kind, they are accomplished. The Wizard GCH, Oz, boasts titles from all over the country, helping countless equitation riders to the winners circle. Prindle’s Mere Mortal, Rob, not only has world titles under saddle, but also in harness. Whitemud Dixie Danceking, King, has been a top level park horse with tri colors regionally and nationally.
Our experienced mounts are ready to help our lesson riders begin their winning ways.The instructors are knowledgeable, experienced and fun. Lessons are available to all ages and riding abilities.

Breeding
Here at Sebring Stables we honor our past while empowering not only our future but the future of the Morgan horse. We breed 2-3 quality mares on the farm every year. With our 12’x24’ foaling stalls equipped with 24 hour video surveillance, and rolling pasture lands, our foals grow up happy and healthy thus putting the foals we raise in position to be happy, healthy, and successful horses.
Using the impressive son of Serenity Masterpiece, DBA Street Talk we look to produce dynamic and athletic Morgan horses that will have long and productive careers while staying tried and true to the Morgan type.
There is no breeding program without broodmares, CBMF Crowning Glory (CBMF Crown Prince x MSV Victoria(x Arboria’s Victor’s Pride)) foaled a Street Talk filly in 2017, Watch the Throne. While only a yearling, our dear girl shows a lot of promise and ability.
As time goes on, we look to add high quality and proven performance mares for our program.
